Peak Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day*
  • Weeknight: $225.00/night
  • Weekend: $235.00/night
  • 7-night week: $1350.00/week
October is Peak Season*

* 2-night minimum stay
  • Each additional person, add $25.00 per night
  • Linens can be provided at $25.00 per set
  • Dogs/horses, add $15.00 per critter, per night
  • No smoking permitted
  • Excessive cleaning fee: $250.00 (smoking inside, extreme animal hair throughout cabin, using oils / soaps, etc in hot tub, not cleaning grill after use, etc.)
Off Season: December, January, February*
  • Weeknight: $175.00/night
  • Weekend: $195.00/night
  • 7-night week: $1,050/week
Shoulder Seasons*
  • Weeknight: $195.00/night
  • Weekend: $205.00/night
  • 7-night week: Inquire about seasonal specials

Holidays** add $25.00 per night.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Should guest be able to find a substitute new guest for exact time period of current booking, 80% of base rental amount will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of reservation, 0% of base rental amount refunded if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date of reservation.  IMPORTANT:  Rescheduling: Reservation Dates may be traded for an equal period of time (or difference in rate can be paid), within 6 months will be preferable, not to exceed 12 months from original date of reservation.
