Terms and Conditions
- No smoking permitted
- Each additional person, add $25.00 per night
- Linens are complimentary
- Dogs, add $15.00 per critter, per night
- Dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the cabin
- Excessive cleaning fee: $250.00 (smoking inside, extreme animal hair throughout cabin, using oils / soaps, etc in hot tub, not cleaning grill after use, etc.)
- Current Va State & Page County Tax: 15.3% processing fees may apply

We're delighted to welcome the 1959 TOPLEY Retreat in Luray, Virginia, to the Massanutten Springs family and invite our guests to enjoy total serenity here on the ridge! More than a charming vacation property, only minutes away from Kennedy Peak and the G.W. National Forest, the “1959 TOPLEY Retreat” stands as a monument to the two families who built it over three generations. I am grateful to be the latest owner of such a unique cabin and want to share the “Serenity Ridge” tradition with other families.

You're on your way! On the left is what you'll see when you turn off of Fort Valley Road onto Serenity Ridge Road when you drive to the 1959 TOPLEY Retreat. On the right is what you'll see after you turn off onto the driveway leading up to the cabin.

Enjoy total serenity here on the ridge! Our 2-bedroom 1 bath 1959 TOPLEY Retreat offers great family get-aways and it's perfect for couples celebrating anniversaries, engagements,
birthdays and more! Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are in an extended kitchen/utility area. When the weather gets cold, start up the gas log fireplace and pull up a chair. Romance is in the air! Outside, relax in the hot tub and there's a conveniently-placed grill for cooking-out.

Take off from the nearby Bixler Ferry Landing and float down river. Call Annette (540-843-4232) to schedule tubing/kayaking from bridge to kamp (rental fees apply). This is a beautiful stretch of the Shenandoah River!
