- No smoking permitted
- Each additional person, add add rate as quoted per night
- Linens are complimentary
- Dogs, add rate as quoted per critter, per night
- Dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the cabin
- Excessive cleaning fee: Add rate as quoted (smoking inside, extreme animal hair throughout cabin, using oils / soaps, etc in hot tub, not cleaning grill after use, etc.)
- Current Va State & Page County Tax and processing fees may apply

Take off from the nearby Bixler Ferry Landing and float down river. Call Annette (540-843-4232) to schedule tubing/kayaking from bridge to kamp (rental fees apply). This is a beautiful stretch of the Shenandoah River!
